Please note that every effort is made to keep on top of quantity levels of stock, however occassionally there may be an item that is out of stock. If an item is out of stock we will suggest an alternative or offer a refund.
Please be sure to measure your head size before purchasing. Please don't go of a hat you have purchased in the past - the below size chart should always be referred to.
Hat Filler: If you think you may be between sizes, we suggest to go up a size and we can then add some hat filler to your order. This filler sticks to the underside of the sweat band on the inside of the hat. So just include a note to the seller when making the purchase and we will send some filler along with your new hat free of charge.
Shipping: Shipping within NZ with Fastway Couriers is a flat rate fee of $6.50 + an extra $1 per item. This includes Rural addresses. We do not deliver to PO boxes so please use a physical address.
Returns/Exchanges: If you find the fit of your hat is not quite right, or if you are not completely satisfied with your Electric Pukeko purchase we will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. The returned product must be in a brand new condition with all original packaging and hang tags. Any modified product will not be accepted under the return/exchange policy. Items that have been damaged or misused in anyway will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will refund you using the method in which you originally paid. In the case of a return, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Please note only products purchased directly from www.electricpukeko.com are accepted through the return/exchange policy. If you have purchased your product from a New Zealand approved Electric Pukeko retailer please return your item to the place of purchase.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm a return postal address. We will require you to send the parcel back from your local post office at your cost- we recommend using a tracked service, we will not take responsibility for any lost items in transit. Please DO NOT send any product back to Electric Pukeko until a return/exchange has been authorised and a reference number has been given.
We recycle all our hat boxes from our warehouse so your hat box may be on the larger size. Shipping throughout NZ is expensive, if you need to cut the box down in size or return the hat in a smaller box this is fine. As long as the hat is unworn and all hangtags are still attached. Please include your web order number with all returns.
