Please note that every effort is made to keep on top of quantity levels of stock however occassionally there may be an item that is out of stock.
If an item is out of stock we will suggest an alternative or offer a credit.
Please be sure to measure your head size before purchasing.
Hat Foam: If you think you may be between sizes, we suggest to go up a size and we can then add some hat foam to your order. This foam sticks to the underside of the sweat band on the inside of the hat. So just include a note to the seller when making the purchase and we will send some foam along with your new hat.
Returns/Exchanges: If you find the fit of your hat is not quite right, or if you are not completely satisfied with your Electric Pukeko purchase we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. The returned product must be in brand new condition with all original packaging. Any modified product will not be accepted under the return/exchange policy. Items that have been damaged or misused in anyway will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will refund you using the method in which you originally paid. In the case of a return, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
If you are wishing to exchange an item, we will require you to cover the 2nd freight charge back to you of $6.50.
Please note only products purchased directly from www.electricpukeko.com are accepted through the return/exchange policy. If you have purchased your product from a New Zealand approved Electric Pukeko retailer please return your item to the place of purchase.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm a return postal address. Please DO NOT send any product back to Electric Pukeko until return/exchange has been authorised and a reference number has been given.
