Shipping and Returns

Shipping: Shipping within NZ with ARAMEX Couriers is a flat rate fee of $6.50 + an extra $1 per item.  This includes Rural addresses.  We do not deliver to PO boxes so please use a physical address when ordering. We do not automatically email tracking numbers. However, we do ship goods 1-3 business days from the purchase date. If you require a tracking number, please email sales@electricpukeko.com with your order number. 

We ship worldwide with DHL express. 

Australia: $20NZD + an extra $1 per item 

Rest of the world: $30NZD + an extra $1 per item

Please note that customs or import duties may be charged when the order reaches its destination country.  These are to be paid by the customer.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Charges will vary from country to country.  Please contact your local customs office for further details if you require.

Returns/Exchanges: If you find the fit of your hat is not quite right, or if you are not completely satisfied with your Electric Pukeko purchase we will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. The returned product must be in a brand-new condition with all original packaging and hang tags. Any modified product will not be accepted under the return/exchange policy. Items that have been damaged or misused in anyway will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will refund you using the method in which you originally paid. In the case of a return, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. 

Please note only products purchased directly from www.electricpukeko.com are accepted through the return/exchange policy. If you have purchased your product from a New Zealand approved Electric Pukeko retailer please return your item to the place of purchase.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please submit your request to sales@electricpukeko.com  and we will confirm a return postal address. We will require you to send the parcel back from your local post office at your cost- we recommend using a tracked service, we will not take responsibility for any lost items in transit. Please DO NOT send any product back to Electric Pukeko until a return/exchange has been authorised and a reference number has been given. 

Shipping throughout NZ is expensive, so please chose carefully and be sure to measure your head before purchasing.
