Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping: Free shipping within New Zealand on orders valued at $89.95 and above. Shipping within NZ with ARAMEX Couriers is a flat rate fee of $7.50 Nationwide and $9.50 for Rural addresses.  We do not deliver to PO boxes so please use a physical address when ordering. We do not automatically email tracking numbers. However, we do ship goods 1-3 business days from the purchase date. If you require a tracking number, please email sales@electricpukeko.com with your order number. 

We ship worldwide with DHL express. 

Australia: $20NZD + an extra $1 per item - Free Australian shipping on orders valued $149.95NZD and above 

Rest of the world: $30NZD + an extra $1 per item

Please note that customs or import duties may be charged when the order reaches its destination country.  These are to be paid by the customer.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Charges will vary from country to country.  Please contact your local customs office for further details if you require.

Returns & Exchanges:  If you find the fit of your hat is not quite right, or if you are not completely satisfied with your Electric Pukeko purchase we will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. The returned product must be in a brand-new condition with all original packaging and hang tags. Any modified product will not be accepted under the return/exchange policy. Items that have been damaged or misused in anyway will not be accepted for return or an exchange. We will refund you using the method in which you originally paid. In the case of a return, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.  If you wish to exchange the product for another size or style we require you to pay the difference in the products and the shipping charge back to you.  

Please note only products purchased directly from www.electricpukeko.com are accepted through the return/exchange policy. If you have purchased your product from a New Zealand approved Electric Pukeko retailer please return your item to the place of purchase.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please submit your request to sales@electricpukeko.com  and we will confirm a return postal address. We will require you to send the parcel back to us from your local post office at your cost- we recommend using a tracked service, we will not take responsibility for any lost items in transit. Please DO NOT send any product back to Electric Pukeko until a return/exchange has been authorised and a reference number has been given. 

Sale items are final and are not to be returned or exchanged. 

Shipping throughout NZ is expensive, so please select carefully and be sure to MEASURE YOUR HEAD SIZE before purchasing.

Warranty:  We are happy to warrant our products against manufacturing defects in the materials used, or in the workmanship, for a period of 6 months (180 days) from the purchase date. If EP deem the product defective we will repair the item with no charge to you. In the case that the item cannot be repaired to normal conditions of use we will replace the item at no cost to you. If your EP product is no longer available we will replace it with an EP product of the same or similar style and or colour.

EP does not warrant against accidents or lack of care. Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, scratches, or any damage due to misuse are also not covered. (Scratched sunglass lens are not covered under warranty) Alteration, misuse or abuse of any EP products will void its warranty. 

Assessment of any products under warranty remain at the discretion of Electric Pukeko.

Electric Pukeko requires proof of purchase from www.electricpukeko.com or a New Zealand approved retailer to complete the warranty claim.
